A small dog trying to survive during the winter was saved due to the fortuitous timing of rescuers. While DAR Animal Rescue was taking care of other strays on the outskirts of a Greek village, they received a call about a nearby dog.
The canine was trembling and frightened as snowflakes were falling outside. The rescuer picked up the small dog who continued to shake all the way to the veterinary clinic.
At the clinic, the puppy wagged her tail and trembled as the vet approached her in the crate. She’s estimated to be around 8 months old, underweight, and heavily infested with fleas and ticks. Nonetheless, this little pup now has a second chance at life thanks to a compassionate Good Samaritan and her rescuers.
